Meet and greets are required prior to beginning any service. This is a perfect opportunity for us to meet your pet, become familiar with you and your routine, ask and answer any questions, and discuss all important information about your pet’s needs.  

We use PetPocketBook. Once we have our initial meeting you will receive an e-mail invite to create an account. From there, you can upload all of your and your pet's information as well as request services for specific dates and times. 

This depends on your pet(s), their needs and your preferences. Times and length of visits will be discussed during your meet and greet, but we are often very flexible and able to meet your reasonable requests. 

Yes - Jen runs Little Critters Pet Sitters LLC as the sole owner and operator. 

All boarders and daycare dogs are required to be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, Lepto, Bordatella vaccinations and have a negative Fecal Analysis. This is for the health and safety of us, our pets and our clients' pets since we are all in a shared space. If you have a young puppy, I request they be at least 8 weeks of age and be up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations.  

We have plenty of beds, blankets, bowls and toys to share. We also have extra crates if needed so you don't need to worry about bringing yours over. We just ask that you bring your pet's food and treats. 

Your pet will sleep wherever he/she is comfortable. If they are required to or used to sleeping in a crate at night, they will sleep there. Otherwise, they will have their own space where they can utilize our beds and blankets for comfort. Sometimes they even end up in bed with either my daughter or myself... if they're allowed, of course. 

Absolutely! Especially if your pet is anxious or fearful, I often recommend you bring them for a day or two of daycare beforehand. It seems to make them feel more comfortable and help ease their transition to a staycation with us. 

Drop-off and pick up times are generally pretty flexible throughout the day. If you need to drop-off any earlier than 7AM, please plan to drop-off the night before. If you need to pick-up later than 8PM, you will be charged for the night. Typically, I will reach out the night before to confirm drop-off or pick-up time for the following day. 

Invoices are sent via PetPocketBook every Monday morning. However, payment is due prior to start of service or at drop-off/first drop-in. We accept Venmo, Cash, Check and you also have the option to use a Credit Card or Bank Account on PPB.

If service is cancelled 4 or more days prior to start date, there will be no charge. If service is cancelled 0-3 days prior to start date, then you will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service.  I realize things happen and plans can change, however, as a solo pet sitter my space and time is very limited, and chances are I have had to turn away other clients to reserve your service.
